  • Badrinath – Eternal Journeys Eternal Experiences
    When you are in India, you should be in Badrinath. This is the land of ice, the land of God and the land of paradise. Ensconced in between the Narayan and the Nar mountains, this is the pristine paradise of Uttarakhand. This is the pilgrim spot which is thronged by all Hindus. Badrinath means a place where there are lot berries. Legend holds it that this was the place where Lord Shiva used to dwell and it is believed that Lord Vishnu dethroned Shiva from here and sent him to Kedarnath. There is another legend which says how River Ganga came to earth and flowed down with great speed and how she split into twelve rivers. Alaknanda was one of them and fell on the place where Kedarnath is today. Badrinath finds mention even in the Vedic ages.   • Watery Fascinations – Vrindavan
    India – The land of rivers, and the place where the River Ganges is believed to have landed after being controlled by the Indian God Lord Shiva. Isn’t it a wonderful place to visit and isn’t it even more wonderful if it is a visit to the holy waters here. In India the holy waters is considered to be the ultimate of getting closer to God. Tourists wish to go to have a dip in the holy waters. One such destination is Vrindavan. It is also known as Brindavan, and is commonly called by the name of Braj by the locals. It is believed that the Indian God Lord Krishna spent his childhood here. This small town in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the continent of India is in the district of Mathura.   • Ajanta Caves – Up Close and Personal
    India – the land of many religions, culture and traditions offers the very best of sacred spots. If you are in India, then there are innumerable spots to visit and it would never get over. Yet, there are some places which come under the “must see” category. Ajanta Caves is one such sacred destination. With around 29 temples belonging to the Buddhist religion, Ajanta caves have the history of having temples which exist since the 2nd century BC.  History has it that Ajanta Caves has been carved out of cliff which was shaped like a horse shoe. Dating back to the 2nd century BC, this cliff near the River Waghora was frequented by the Buddhist monks who used to pray here.
